Terms of service
These terms set the default production-safe rules for using Pet & Plant Health AI while final legal review is pending.
Use of the service
You may use the service for household care guidance for plants, aquariums, and companion animals. You are responsible for the information and media you upload and for checking urgent concerns with an appropriate professional.
AI guidance limits
AI output is general information only. It may be incomplete or wrong and must not be used as emergency, veterinary, medical, legal, or regulated professional advice.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are managed through Stripe and, where applicable, RevenueCat. Plan limits, trials, renewals, cancellations, and quota changes are applied by the billing and subscription systems configured for your account.
Community content
Community features must be used respectfully and only for care-related discussion. We may reject, hide, or remove content that is unsafe, abusive, misleading, spam, or outside the product scope.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may change or suspend features to maintain safety, security, reliability, or compliance.
